1. Ballots and Participation 1.1 Mail ballots are defined to include email ballots. 1.2 Associate members of the Association do not qualify as members for purposes of voting at the Annual Business Meeting (though they may attend), for voting in elections, or for proposing nominations for office, resolutions or Constitutional amendments.
