2010 Rules for the Annual Business Meeting and Association Elections
Please note that there are three changes from the 2009 Rules:
- Subsection 1.6 has been added which will allow the Annual Business Meeting to also be referred to as the “Annual All Member Meeting.”
- Subsection 2.3 has been amended which will change the time of the Annual Business Meeting from the evening to mid-day on Saturday.
- Subsection 4.10 has been amended which will require minor, typographical, or grammatical changes to be made two days prior to ballot distribution; previously, such changes could be made one day prior to distribution.
