International Scholars Congressional Fellowship Program

International participation in the program is limited to institutionally-sponsored candidates. Our own endowment funds are restricted to U.S. journalists and political scientists.

The CFP is currently investigating the possibilities of expanding the program. Presently, however, opportunities are limited to:

• German Fellows, selected by the German Marshall Fund of the United States
  
  
• Senior Fulbright Scholars, selected by the State Department Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs and the Council for International Exchange of Scholars
  
  
• Australian Fellows, selected by the American Australian Association
