Rates & Dates - Important Information for Exhibitors

2010 Exhibit Booth Fees
Standard Booth: $1,490
Premium Booth: $1,820
Small Island: $7,250
Large Island: $10,750

Contract and Booth Allocation

  • Complete the entire Exhibit Contract and return it to APSA with the required payment
  • Space requests received by November 6 will be assigned based on a points system. It gives priority to companies that have exhibited in previous years, purchased online booths, sponsored events, advertised, and more. Phone requests will not be accepted.
  • Contracts received after the November 6 deadline will not be figured into the allocation formula and will be assigned booths on a space-available basis.

Important Dates

  • November 6, 2009: Deadline to be included in the booth allocation process.
  • April 9, 2010:  Artwork due for advertising in the Preliminary Program
  • June:  Exhibitor Service Kits will be made available online
  • June 15, 2010: Artwork due for advertising in the Final Program
  • July 2010:  Preliminary Program Online
  • September 1, 2010:  Exhibitor registration and booth set-up
