The Institute for Constitutional Studiesannounces its Fall 2008 graduate seminar. The seminar, led by Professor Mark Tushnet (Harvard Law School) and held at the GWU Law School, will meet on six consecutive Monday evenings beginning October 6, 2008. This is a graduate-level seminar, designed primarily for graduate students in history, political science, and related disciplines. Law students, advanced undergraduates, and legal practitioners are welcome to attend the seminar with the permission of the instructor. All participants will be expected to complete the assigned readings and participate in seminar discussions. There is no charge for the seminar. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
