APSA Campus Teaching Award Recognition

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: JULY 1, 2009

Every year, colleges and universities recognize exceptional teaching by presenting faculty members with awards for teaching excellence. The American Political Science Association values excellence in teaching political science. Therefore, APSA and the national political science honor society, Pi Sigma Alpha recognize political science faculty who received teaching awards on their own campuses in the past academic year at the APSA Annual Meeting

APSA and Pi Sigma Alpha present these faculty with a certificate honoring their achievement, invites them to a special Annual Meeting reception honoring teaching, and features a roster of the teaching award winners and titles of their awards in the Annual Meeting Program. In addition, APSA publishes a tribute to the teaching award recipients that were recognized at the Annual Meeting in the October issue of PS: Political Science and Politics

Please tell us about the award-winning political science faculty on your campus.  The APSA Campus Teaching Award Recognition program is now accepting submissions. The deadline is July 1, 2009.
