The Best Book Award will be given to the best book published on European Politics and Society during 2007.  Books to be considered for this award must be nominated by the publisher (self-nominations will not be accepted).  Please send a letter of nomination and one copy of the book to each committee member by March 1, 2009.

Ernst B. Haas Best Dissertation Award
The Section's inaugural Prize for the Ernst B. Haas Best Dissertation on European Politics and Society filed during 2008.  To be considered for this award, a dissertation must be nominated by the Chair of the department in which it was defended (again, we cannot accept self-nominations).  Letters of nomination and a copy of the dissertation must be sent to each committee member.
