2006 Council Election Results

The results of the 2006 Council election are official.  The eight candidates receiving the most votes were Susan Burgess, Lisa Baldez, Michael Doyle, Dennis Chong, Arthur Lupia, Melissa Williams, Kerry Haynie, and Anna Sampaio.  They take office on the Council effective immediately.  Andre Blais was not elected.

Total voter turnout for the election was 4229, which is 30.8% of all eligible voters.  In the past, the Assoication has had 30.3, 30.1, and 25 percent voter turnouts for the election.
