2009 Workshop on Elections and Democracy Concludes

The 2009 Workshop on Elections and Democracy, convened in Accra, Ghana from June 21-July 10 concluded successfully this past week. The 20 participants and staff engaged in a rewarding experience that emphasized comparative themes in political science literature, developing individual research themes, and gaining greater personal knowledge of the Ghanian political context.
