Jewelry - Keys, Pins, Tie Tacks and Necklaces
Any member of Pi Sigma Alpha is entitled to wear the badge of the honor society in the form of a key, pin, or tie tack. These items are available in 14k gold, 10k gold, or "goldklad." Since each piece is engraved by the jeweler with the member's initials, chapter name in Greek letters, and initiation date, orders take about 6 weeks to be filled and are sent directly to the member by the jeweler.
These may be ordered through the National Office, prepaid, using the Pi Sigma Alpha Merchandise Order Form. The National Office renews its contract with the jewelry supplier each summer and notifies chapters of any price increases at that time.
Coffee Mugs
Pi Sigma Alpha coffee mugs may also be ordered from the National Office. They are generously-sized in beige ceramic with the honor society logo in red and black. The mugs make handsome desk accessories or gifts for friends of a chapter.
As with the jewelry, mug order forms are sent prepaid to the National Office which forwards them to the supplier. Mugs are shipped directly to the chapter or member who ordered them.
Enamel Lapel Pins
Pi Sigma Alpha enamel souvenir-style lapel pins are available only in bulk orders 10 or more pins. Ten pins are $20. Additional pins are $2 each.
Cap-and-Gown Medallions and Honor Cords
For members to wear with cap-and-gown, Pi Sigma Alpha also offers graduation medallions and honor cords. The medallion incorporates the Pi Sigma Alpha logo in red, white, and black hard-fired enamel on brass. It hangs around the neck on a wide red grosgrain ribbon and looks wonderful against an academic robe. The honor cords are in the three colors of red, black and white intertwined. The medallions may also be worn on other official chapter occasions or presented to guest speakers.
Unlike the jewelry, the medallions and cords are available direct from the National Office and prepaid orders are shipped as soon as they are received. These medallions and cords must be ordered by chapters, not individual students, and may be ordered on the same form used for membership requests.
Podium Banners
These beautiful banners bearing the Pi Sigma Alpha logo are meant to dress the front of a podium for chapter meetings and other chapter activities. They are available direct from the National Office.
