Association for Canadian Studies

The Association for Canadian Studies (ACS) is an organization which initiates and supports activities in the areas of research, teaching, communications, and the training of students in the field of Canadian Studies, especially in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary perspectives.

The ACS also strives to raise public awareness of Canadian issues, and provides the Canadian Studies community, principally within Canada, with a wide range of activities and programs.

With four editions (1500+ copies/edition) per year, the ACS magazine Canadian Issues/Thèmes Canadiens is thematic, and includes an editorial note, an interview and book reviews.

Canadian Diversity is the most recent publication of the Association for Canadian Studies. Its first issue appeared in 2002. Canadian Diversity is a quarterly publication and it is distributed free of charge to individual and institutional members of the Association.
