Annual Business Meeting

At the Annual Business Meeting members are invited to hear reports from the Officers of the Association, and to propose and discuss matters of importance to the Association. The 2025 APSA Annual Business Meeting was held in a hybrid format on September 11, 12:00 to 1:30pm PT during the 2025 Annual Meeting in Vancouver.

Rules and Procedures

For information about the rules and procedures of the Annual Business meeting, including procedures for introducing a resolution to send to Council, see the Rules for the Annual Business Meeting and the APSA bylaws. All resolutions to be considered at the Annual Business Meeting must be presented to the president and publicly announced at least 21 days prior to the meeting.

APSA Council Election

As stipulated in APSA’s bylaws the election for the 2025 APSA Council and officers will be held via electronic ballot, and will not occur at the Annual Business Meeting as has happened in previous years. You can find more information on the APSA elections here.
